I ordered this tool kit to do some renovations on an old wooden 30 sailboat. I had no idea how useful it would turn out to be. The SoniCrafter is a durable piece of equipment, I have been able to run it for 10-15 minutes at a time without problems, the unit gets a little warm when its loaded up for a while, but it keeps on chewing through whatever I put in front of it. I know there are cheaper versions of this tool, but I hear that durability may be an issue with the cheaper brands. I didnt have the money for the more expensive brand name multimaster, but I cant believe that that one would be any more effective than the Rockwell. One thing to keep in mind is that the blades etc. seem very expensive, but this is true about all of the brands. For me, even with the expensive accessories, these oscillating saws are worth the money.
