Are financial freedom workshops with Dave Burke of Real Talk for real, or just a lot of bunk?

Are financial freedom workshops with Dave Burke of Real Talk for real, or just a lot of bunk? Once again I listened to some of Dave Burke's radio show, which is on "coast to coast" Saturdays and Sundays; Sats from 5-7 pm Mountain Time, and Sundays, from at least 3-4 pm Mountain Time (Dave Burke's Real Talk probably begins 2 pm on Sundays; I tuned in after 3 this past Sunday). Ever hear Dave Burke spew out how "insane" we all are for having debt? Across the country, Dave Burke offers financial freedom workshops and bellows about them on his Real Talk radio show.
Something's really suspicious here. Are financial freedom workshops with Dave Burke of Real Talk for real? This guy is something else. He goes on and on about how stupid and insane ("insane" comes up often) we all are for having a mortgage to pay off. It's amazing how Dave Burk/Real Talk can take a full two hours to talk about financial freedom without ONCE explaining how financial freedom can be achieved. It's also boggling that this information, apparently, is nowhere on the Internet. Dave Burke/Real Talk has this huge secret that can't get out unless you attend one of his financial freedom workshops.

Dave Burke promises you can "wipe out all your debt in a matter of months." People, you cannot pull money out of a hat! If you owe $100,000 on your mortgage, you CANNOT pay it off, interest free, in "months," if you're making only $30,000 a year! Or even double that! Or more, if you have kids or other big expenses! Are financial freedom workshops with Dave Burke of Real Talk legitimate? "It's not more effort, it's a redirection of the same effort," says Dave Burke/Real Talk. WOW, that really clarifies it for listeners.

The Sunday program had people calling in who have been trying the financial freedom program. Every single one of these people said the same thing: "It changed my life." Sounds to me like they were instructed to say this. What are the odds that five people calling in would all use the exact same phrase to describe their experiences? It's not unheard of for people to be paid to give testimonials for too-good-to-be-true products and services.

One of the callers said it took him ONLY EIGHT DAYS to pay off a $20,000 student loan debt! Where did he get the money - a hat? Is this the same hat that makes Frosty the Snowman talk? This man also said he turned a mortgage, that was going to take 25 years to pay off, into a debt that would be paid off in less than four years! He said 25 percent of the mortgage ($1,200 per month) was eliminated in under one year. And that it would be only another three years and eight months before the entire thing was wiped out!

And get this: The man kept saying, "We've got the statements to prove it!" And I say: BIG DEAL - every listener knows you never revealed your contact information so that we could contact you so you can e-mail us a copy of those statements! It's easy to say you can prove something when you know you won't be giving your contact address over the air!

Are financial freedom workshops with Dave Burke of Real Talk nothing more than a money-making venture for Dave Burke? The financial freedom workshops are free. Shall we believe that this guy, who claims to have all the answers to financial freedom, enjoys tying up his days giving free financial freedom workshops? There's NOTHING ELSE Dave Burke would rather do with his time?? No wife? No kids? No grandkids? No dog? No horse? No boat? No jet skis? No interest in reading, movies, traveling, playing chess or playing the saxophone or any other hobbies?

Better explanation: Dave Burke somehow, somehow ends up netting substantial profits from his financial freedom workshops. And he uses classic sales ploys to get people to attend his financial freedom workshops, such as asking the man mentioned above, what the program WASN'T.

We don't want to know what is isn't. We want to know what it IS. If the road to financial freedom can't be explained in a two-hour radio show, then the road to financial freedom is too complicated for "anybody" to benefit from. What I learned from Dave Burke's Real Talk show: The financial freedom program is NOT refinancing. It's NOT debt settlement.

Well then, Dave Burke, WHAT IS IT ?

My next step is to attend the financial freedom seminar, if one ever occurs within 45 minutes where I live. And when I do, look out, Dave Burke: I can describe anything with a keyboard. I will write an article explaining exactly what this big financial freedom secret is!
